Vintage Moroccan Ourika Carpet OR19
A painterly boucherouite from the Ourika valley with a large scale central chain of open and closed lozenges. Knotted in a palette of sea green, cobalt blue, burgundy and khaki with accents of orange, golden yellow and bright red. Woven with a combination of recycled cotton and mixed fibers on a cotton warp. A band of flat weave finishes the piece at one end.
