Vintage Moroccan Ourika Carpet OR05
An understated and sophisticated Ourika Valley carpet with an emphasis on texture rather than pattern. Deceivingly minimal when viewed at a distance, but upon closer look, the more complex structure and technique becomes apparent. Subtle color comes into play through cotton knots in salmon and mocha on an ivory wool field, with various shades of brown weft yarns peeking through. Cotton warp and fringe.
