Vintage Moroccan Ouled Nemma Carpet ON01

Bands of shifting dotted and dashed bar motifs float across the field, rendering a pixelated effect to this vintage carpet from the village of Ouled Nemma southwest of Boujad. The bands beak apart and reorganize, then dissolve into abstraction as they reach one end. Knotted in a colorful palette of poppy red, orange, pink, violet, celadon, charcoal, and brown. Framed with sawtooth selvedges forming protective borders. 100% wool.
