Vintage Moroccan Beni Sadden Carpet BS20

A vintage Beni Sadden featuring an overall lozenge network highlighting simplicity, form, and color. The drawing is executed with great precision, allowing the stepped motifs to take on an almost three dimensional effect. Knotted in faded magenta, salmon and warm pewter on a luminous ivory ground. Intricately woven bands finish both ends. Finely constructed of all wool with a lustrous patina.
