Vintage Moroccan Ourika Carpet OR16
A wonderful Ourika carpet with a strong graphic presence, artfully woven with an overall abstract motif system. Lozenges, V formations, checker and zig zag motifs are organized within distinct horizontal bands. A predominantly neutral palette of natural ivory and brown wool, with accents in red, teal, and purple. Mostly wool pile with some cotton fibers present, woven on a cotton warp.
