Vintage Moroccan Hassira Carpet HS06

A familiar motif system reminiscent of Guigou pile carpets, this Hassira displays a strong chevron pattern with a stunning ombre purple background. The bold motif, knotted in indigo, gracefully contrasts the ground of purple, coral, faded lavender and brick red. Skillfully executed with fine detail on each end. Woven with halfa, a local grass, with wool for the motifs. Recommended for indoor dry use only.
