Vintage Moroccan Aït Ouaouzguite Carpet AO07

A stunning abstract Ait Ouaouzguite example in an unusual dark palette with almost square proportions. The abrashed field of natural dark browns and warm grays creates a neutral ground for the lozenge network, vertical bar motifs, and several floating triangular forms. Knotted in low pile with accents of pale saffron yellow, fire red and ivory. 100% wool.
